Join a tight-knit, family-owned plastics manufacturer specializing in durable sheeting for construction, agriculture, and industrial use. We're look for someone sharp, organized, and customer focused to support our sales team handling quotes, orders and follow ups while keeping everything running smooth behind the scenes.

Key responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls and emails from contractors, farmers, and distributors - provide quick, accurate infor on products, pricing and availability
• Generate quotes, process purchase orders, and track shipments from start to delivery.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse for restock or special orders
• Upsell related items during customer interactions
• Maintain detailed records in our CRM and order system- ensuring nothing falls through the cracks
• Assist sales reps with follow-ups, sample requests, and basic account management

Experience required:

2+ years in customer service, admin, or sales support (construction/supply industry a plus)

Solid phone presence, friendly but no-nonsense

Comfortable with Excel, email, and basic CRM tools

Eye for detail-quotes and POs
